Phish's official web site is www.phish.com. However, unofficial Phish-related web sites are permitted. For purposes of this policy, fan web sites for individual members or bands in which the individual members of Phish perform will be treated the same as Phish-related sites, unless specified otherwise. Sites dealing with guest performances by band members with other artists will be governed by that artist's web site policy.

All sites with such Phish-related content must agree to the Statement of Compliance provided below, and clearly display the following: "This site voluntarily complies with the Phish fan web site policy at http://www.phish.com/guidelines/index.php?category=5."

Fan sites must not contain any defamatory, offensive, illegal, and/or otherwise actionable content, nor may they allow such content from any user. Sites must comply with local laws and regulations, to the extent any local laws and regulations are applicable.

Fan sites may not be commercial (as determined by Phish in its sole discretion). Therefore they cannot accept advertising, offer links for compensation, exploit databases compiled from their traffic, or otherwise derive any commercial proceeds in any form, regardless of whether a net profit is realized. In exchange for this permitted use, the maintainers of such sites must agree to remove any protected materials from their sites immediately upon the request of Phish. If a fan site wishes to feature Phish music, the maintainer is responsible for making sure that the nature of usage complies with Phish's Audio Recording Policy.
