JOY NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER, Phish’s eleventh studio album, and first in five years is and will hit stores September 8th. Joy is available on CD, and also as part of the Joy Box, a Limited Edition deluxe version. We’ve also pressed the album on 180-gram vinyl, for people who understand what that means.

Joy was recorded in April and May of 2009 at Chung King Studio in New York City and was Produced by Steve Lillywhite. The CD features ten new tracks including "Stealing Time From The Faulty Plan", "Kill Devil Falls", "Ocelot" and "Joy".

In addition to the Joy CD, Phish is offering an exclusive Joy Box, which is available only at Phish Dry Goods. The super deluxe "Joy Box" includes:

– Joy, the album
– A complete second album entitled Party Time
– An extensive hard-bound booklet
– Ten individual Limited Edition posters (designed by a different artist for each of the album’s ten songs)
– A DVD capturing live performances from the first half of Phish’s summer 2009 tour – including footage from the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival and the Summer Tour’s opening show at Fenway Park in Boston.
