This was Phish's 1st show in Seattle, promoted by Double Tee Presents. The 10/11/91 Seattle Times preview suggested checking out "Phish, an eclectic, wacko quartet from Vermont, tonight at the Backstage." David Bowie included Charlie Chan, The Simpsons and Oom Pah Pah secret language in the intro as well as as some Dave's Energy Guide teases near the end of the song. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones.
