Sat, 1989-12-16 Contois Auditorium at City Hall

This show was an all-ages benefit for the Burlington Community Boathouse. Phish played a 1-set show. It is believed that other bands may have shared the bill but the rest of the lineup is unknown. Between this show and the next, thirteen days later near Philadelphia, the band spent some time at Archer Studios recording the album "Lawn Boy" with engineers Dan Archer and Deal LaBrie. Around this time, Fish handed in his Goddard College thesis "A Self Teaching Guide To Drumming Written in Retrospect".
