Set List

Show Notes

This 18-and-over show was Phish third and final gig at The Marquee. During David Bowie, Trey teased Take The ‘A’ Train. Before Foam, Trey announced that this was the last gig until July, since the band was about to go into the studio to start work on an album (that would eventually become “A Picture of Nectar”). Terrapin featured an inspired vacuum solo. Fish introduced Dinner And A Movie by calling it “a song about America’s favorite pre-nuptial ritual.” This setlist was adopted from David Schanker’s and Todd Ahrens’ audience tapes. Mike has reflected fondly upon the band’s post-show dining experiences at the 12th Street Diner.
