This show took place in an area outside the Masquerade nightclub called "Masquerade Park" with a capacity of 4,000. It's Ice featured Trey and Mike "skating" on their Slide Board Balance Trainers. Mike's Song included multiple Heartbreaker jams. Purple Rain featured Fish on a new vacuum, purchased earlier in the day. The setlist for this soundcheck was adopted from fan sources. After this show the band and crew traveled 458 miles overnight to Tampa, Florida, where they enjoyed a day off.
