Sun, 1991-01-27 Johnny B. Fishman Jazz Ensemble @ Nectar’s

This was the second of two January Johnny B. Fishman Jazz Ensemble shows at Nectar's. Johnny B. Fishman Jazz Ensemble up until this point generally consisted of Trey, Fish, Mike and Page plus Russell Remington on tenor saxophone. They were joined at this show by Dave "The Truth" Grippo on alto saxophone and Carl "Gears" Gerhard on trumpet. The setlist is unknown. According to an interview with Carl, the next day Trey asked him to join the (as yet unnamed) Giant Country Horns for a summer tour with Phish dubbed "The Horn Tour".
