This was Phish's fifth show at The Paradise - an 18-and-over gig that was not listed in the November 1989 Phish Update but instead was added at the last minute. It was the first show of a 2-night stand and featured the 1st known performance of Lawn Boy, which Trey introduced as a world debut. The Brady Bunch Theme was teased during Suzy Greenberg. Split Open And Melt included jamming/teases of Dave's Energy Guide. David Bowie included a tease of Mr. P.C. Continuing a joke from last month's gig at The Wetlands, In A Hole was introduced by Page, who said "call it What You Will."
