This was Phish's fifth and final show at The Chance and they played to a sell-out crowd. Scratch Baxter opened. The show was not listed in the Apr/May 1991 Phish Update. Fish played Drums while Mike repaired a bass string broken during Rocky Top. Jamie Janover joined the band on didgeridoo for Colonel Forbin's Ascent. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones. For this show, Fish wore a custom-made spandex red and blue superhero costume with a cape and hood. There are no tapes in the archives - the setlist was adopted from circulating fan sources.
