This was Phish's second performance at Newport Music Hall and the first show of a 2-night stand. It was also Phish's fourth 4/20 show. My Friend My Friend began with Trey on acoustic guitar. The You Enjoy Myself vocal jam included a tease of The Immigrant Song (Led Zeppelin cover). During the Hold Your Head Up intro Fish was introduced as "Ms./Mr. Henrietta Tubman". Fish described the Hold Your Head Up outro as "the sound of death". Amazing Grace was performed without microphones.
