This was Phish's fourth Gallagher's show and their 1st known performance of The Curtain without "With". I Didn't Know and Sneakin' Sally Thru The Alley both featured Fish on trombone. The two "Sally" songs that opened set II, Mustang Sally and Sneakin' Sally, featured John Carlton from Blue Rose on drums and vocals. Mike dedicated Mustang Sally to Abe Vigoda (aka Detective Fish from the "Barney Miller" television show) "because it is his birthday today."
