The first five volumes of the LIVE PHISH series finally hit stores today (with the sixth volume being released bundled with the ShowCase on October 16), and we’re pleased to announce the debut of a site specifically dedicated to the series.
An offshoot of Phish.com, the new site features audio and video clips from each release, an interactive panorama of the Live Phish artwork, a close-up look at the ShowCase CD organizer, plus a Features section that will include a different interview every time the band releases another six shows. The debut feature includes an interview with Jim Pollock by journalist Parke Puterbaugh, and includes a gallery of a sampling of the work that he’s done for Phish over the years. For the first time, we’ve also installed a bulletin board specifically for the purpose of posting your reviews of the Live Phish releases. And for those of you that appreciate big machines spinning and spewing ink, check out the Factory Cam to see the Live Phish packaging on the assembly line.
