On Record Store Day 2013, Trey Anastasio will release Blue Ash And Other Suburbs, a limited edition picture disc vinyl, available exclusively at participating independently owned record stores across the country. The 7″ picture disc features outtakes from the Traveler sessions that were co-produced by Trey and Peter Katis in Fall, 2011 and Original artwork by Micah Lidberg.

Phish ‘Lawn Boy’ Deluxe 2-LP Vinyl Available For Record Store Day

On Record Store Day 2013, Phish will release Lawn Boy, the band’s second full-length studio album, as a Limited Edition Deluxe 2-LP vinyl set, available exclusively at participating independently owned record stores across the country. Lawn Boy marks the band’s third release in conjunction with Record Store Day (joining Two Soundchecks and Junta) and the first time Lawn Boy has been available on vinyl in well over a decade.

Additional Meter Men with Page McConnell Dates Added

More dates have been added to Page McConnell’s run with The Meter Men. In addition to their performance at New Orleans Jazz Fest on Sunday, May 5, and their stops at Republic in NOLA, Page will perform on keyboards with The Meter Men in Florida, Colorado, and two newly announced performances on March 22 at the Grand Ballroom (At The Manhattan Center) in New York, NY and March 23 at Union Transfer in Philadelphia, PA.

The Meter Men features three original members of The Meters, including drummer Zigaboo Modeliste, guitarist Leo Nocentelli and bassist George Porter, Jr.

Trey Performs With National Symphony Orchestra At Washington DC’s Kennedy Center

on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 8 p.m, Trey Anastasio will join the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall in Washington, DC. The one-time-only performance, titled NSO Pops: Trey Anastasio, will feature orchestrations of classic Phish songs and solo Anastasio compositions. The concert will be conducted by NSO Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke. Tickets to this performance go on sale to the public on Friday, February 15, at 10:00 AM ET. At the end of December, Phish returns to Madison Square Garden in New York, New York for a four-show New Year’s Run to close out 2012. WaterWheel Foundation 15th Anniversary Pre-Show at Madison Square Garden

The WaterWheel Foundation continues to celebrate their 15th Anniversary. Their pre-show event earlier this year in San Francisco raised over $22,000 for Bay Area charities. The feedback from the event was so positive they’ve decided to do it again prior to the first three shows (Dec 28, 29 & 30) at MSG! The pre-show events will run from 5pm to 7pm and will benefit Volunteers in Medicine, a non-profit organization founded in 1994 by Dr. Jack McConnell (Page’s father). All participants will receive a 15th Anniversary WaterWheel poster designed by David Welker (Edition of 1,000).
