Royal Albert Hall
London, England

Set List

Show Notes

This was Phish’s only show to-date at Royal Albert Hall – a historic theater/concert hall opened by Queen Victoria in 1867. The venue survived some bombing damage in 1942 during World War II and had a capacity for this show of 4,000. Tickets cost £16.00. After Taste, Trey greeted the audience and complimented the venue, saying “What a beautiful room. Thanks for being here it’s just incredible.” This was the 1st I Don’t Care played. Reba ended without whistling. After this show the crew traveled 935 miles (plus a ferry) overnight to Vienna, Austria for 2 days off. The band flew to Vienna the following day where they wrote The Meatstick in Fish’s hotel room.
