This was Phish’s second performance at McNichols Sports Arena and the second show of a 2-night stand. Tickets cost $22.50. The night kicked off with the first-ever show-opening Tweezer. Reba ended without whistling. The Denver Ghost contained a Super Bad tease and, before dropping into Fire, Trey spoke over the outro “Thanks, we’re going to have a lot more music for your dancing and listening pleasure. We’re going to play one more song here and then we’ll be back so don’t go away!” Down With Disease was unfinished and segued into Olivia’s Pool. Johnny B. Goode included teases of Dave’s Energy Guide. This show was released in 2002 as LivePhish11 with filler from 11/19/97 Champaign, IL. Saw It Again from the 11/16/97 soundcheck was later released in 2009 as a LivePhish11 iTunes bonus. After this show the band and crew returned to their hotel before flying to Champaign, Illinois for a day off.
