This was Phish’s third (and last to-date) show at Assembly Hall. Tickets cost $22.50 and the show was sold out. The soundcheck Funky Bitch was sung by Trey. The segue between Fee and Run Like An Antelope included a proto-Meatstick quote with lyrics from Fish and Mike. An interstellar 2001 kicked off the second 4-song set II of fall ’97. Wolfman’s Brother included teases of Crosseyed And Painless. The Makisupa Policeman keywords were “Stink Kind.” Taste included a Dave’s Energy Guide tease. After this show the band and crew traveled 875 miles overnight to Hampton, VA for a day off. Wolfman’s Brother > Makisupa Policeman from this show were released in 2002 as filler on LivePhish11 (from 11/17/97).
