On July 19, 20 and 21, Phish will offer live webcasts of their 3-night run from their first shows at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion on Northerly Island, a 91-acre peninsula that juts into Lake Michigan and offers a stunning view of the Chicago skyline. LivePhish.com will broadcast a 10-camera, high definition shoot with high quality audio mixed live.

Fans can tune in on their large screen TVs via HDMI-equipped PCs or Macs, Apple TV via AirPlay, as well as on Android devices and iOS platforms (iPad, iPhone).

Due to insurmountable transportation and public safety issues resulting from the power outage in Toronto after severe downpours in the city, Phish’s performance tonight at Molson Canadian Amphitheare has been postponed. The show has been moved to Monday, July 22. All tickets will be honored at the new date. Refunds are available at point of purchase for fans who cannot attend. Phish has been greatly looking forward to their first Toronto appearance in nearly 13 years.

Page’s new ten-track instrumental album, “Unsung Cities and Movies Never Made” (which sold out as a vinyl release on Record Store Day this past April), will be released digitally this Tuesday, June 25th. The complete album will be available for download at LivePhish.com, iTunes and other digital outlets. It will also stream at Spotify, Rhapsody and other online streaming services.

On June 18, Phish will release “Ventura”, an all new 6-CD box set featuring two complete shows, recorded July 30, 1997 and July 20, 1998 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, California, a general admission dirt racetrack between the Pacific Coast Highway and Surfers Point Park, with palm trees and mountains behind the stage and a view of the Pacific Ocean from the bleachers. Bits of the each show’s Soundchecks are included at the end of both shows.

Pork Tornado is a band co-founded in 1997 by Fish and Dan Archer (guitar, vocals) and includes Joe Moore (saxophone, vocals), Aaron Hersey (bass, vocals), and Phil Abair (keyboards, vocals).

Phish has released 6/20/95 Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH as the next remastered show to join the ongoing LivePhish Archives collection. The release was created from Paul Languedoc’s DAT stereo soundboard mix remastered by Fred Kevorkian and contains three and a half hours of music totaling just 25 songs.

On December 11, 2011, Mike Gordon and his band performed at The Egg in Albany, NY as part of a quick November/December weekend run of dates. The show quickly became a fan-favorite and was cherry picked for a brand new live release, simply known as “The Egg”.  It has been fully remixed from the band’s multitracks and mastered for release and is available as a CD set and a free MP3 download at LivePhish.com.

On Record Store Day 2013, Phish will release “Lawn Boy”, the band’s second full-length studio album, as a Limited Edition Deluxe 2-LP vinyl set, available exclusively at participating independently owned record stores across the country.

Fishman is depicted as “Lawn Boy” (covered in green body paint on the back of the album); a now iconic image. For the Lawn Boy Photo Contest, we want you to share with us a photo of your best physical interpretation of this image. The more creative you get, the better.

Page McConnell and The Meter Men have added an additional performance on Saturday, May 11th (they are already hitting this venue on the 10th) at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO. Tickets for this show go on sale this Saturday at http://www.ogdentheatre.net.

Hands On A Hardbody, a new musical on Broadway with music by Trey Anastasio and lyrics by Amanda Green, officially opened on Broadway last week.The New York Times wrote of Trey’s music, “The skillful score…locks into a bluesy country-rock vibe early and hugs it tight. The New Yorker calls the musical “a potent study of redemption in hard times”.

We wanted to update everyone about ticketing for Phish’s July 19th, 20th and 21st shows in Chicago. The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a reconfiguration of Charter One Pavilion on Northerly Island that will allow for the creation of a General Admission lawn area by opening the venue into the park adjacent to the existing venue.

GA Lawn tickets will be $45.00 ($120.00 for a 3 Day Ticket) and will be available for sale through Ticketmaster when the shows go on sale Friday, March 29th at 10:00am Central.
