At the end of December, Phish returns to the road for a five-show Holiday/NYE Run, beginning with two nights in Worcester and ending with three nights at Madison Square Garden in New York. Not only will the New York City run include a three-set New Year’s Eve show, but for the first time in Phish History, the band will perform on January 1st.
Colorado’s music community comes together for “Fourmile Canyon Revival,” a remarkable night of music to raise funds for individuals and families directly affected by the devastating Fourmile Fire near Boulder. The benefit concert will take place on Saturday, October 9th at 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, CO.
Jon Fishman, Mike Gordon, Page McConnell and Trey Anastasio will take part in the event, on the eve of their fall tour.
We’re excited to announce Moss, Mike’s third solo album, which hits stores October 19th, and is available for pre-order now.
Moss comes only two short years after The Green Sparrow, and about half of its songs stem from the same 50-song burst of creativity that seeded that album. A four-song sequence, comprising “Flashback,” “The Void,” “Got Away” and “Spiral,” goes places no songs have gone before. You might suppose these soundscapes are musical evocations of particularly fanciful sights and sounds experienced while on hallucinogenic vision quests.
We’re thrilled to announce Mike’s return to the road with his band for a 17-date headlining club tour in support of his new studio album, Moss (in stores October 19th and available for pre-order now).
The tour offers up some West Coast dates, beginning November 6th in West Hollywood, CA and continues Over the River and through the Woods, straight past Thanksgiving, ending in Boston, MA on the 27th. Along the way, the band returns to Boulder, Seattle, Omaha, Chicago, Madison, and Portland, amongst others. We’re excited for first time visits to Salt Lake City, Syracuse, and Covington.
On November 2nd, 1996, Phish performed at Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL; the only outdoor shed show of the Fall Tour. On October 19th, JEMP Records will release Coral Sky, a brand new 2-DVD set capturing the complete performance. The show combined the residual energy of Halloween with a tropical feel that could only have happened in South Florida in November. Amidst swaying palms and soft breezes, the band played a deeply experimental show.
Phish kicks off their 2010 Fall Tour on October 10th with a three-night stand in Broomfield, CO and wraps with three shows on October 29th, 30th and 31st at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ (including a very special Halloween show). Stops along the way include dates in Amherst, Charleston, Utica, Providence, Manchester and Augusta.

The second-leg of Phish’s 2010 Summer Tour begins next Thursday in Berkeley, California, with a 3 night run at The Greek Theatre. The tour continues to the East Coast, ending August 18th in New York. Tickets for Phish’s multi-night stops in Noblesville and East Troy are still available. For complete ticketing info (and there’s lots of it), please visit Tourdates at Phish.com.
We would like to welcome old friend and collaborator, Jon Altschiller, our new LivePhish.com remote mix engineer as of the start of Summer Tour.
