This show was a benefit for NORML. It took place in a historic student-constructed and renovated venue that dates back to the 1820’s. A band called Uproot, who were friends from Goddard College, opened the show. After Weekapaug Groove, Trey announced that Mike was going to try a David King prototype bass “after moving from the Paul Languedoc prototype.” Del Martin recorded this show as part of his work for Phish but the tapes in the archives are John Paluska’s masters. It is possible this setlist is incomplete as Mike’s notes indicate that this was a 3-set show, but the tapes (which seem to be complete) are labeled set I and II only.
