This show took place in the Bates College dining hall and featured the 1st known performance of (albeit just in a jam) Fly Like An Eagle (Steve Miller). The band sang Happy Birthday to Jennifer Spencer. This date was originally listed in newsletters and flyers as a 10/7/89 daytime "Car Load Weekend" in Kingston, NH that never happened. Flyers for Car Load Weekend listed Kingfish, "Fish" (accidental mis-spelling of Phish), Bim, Dumptruck and Bop (harvey).
