This was Phish's second show at The Capitol Theatre - an all-ages show presented by Inner Eye Productions. The flyers read "100% Pure Phish". Savory Truffle opened. Manteca was teased during Possum. Rondeau Theme To Masterpiece Theater was teased during Weekapaug Groove and the intro to David Bowie, which also contained teases of Hold Your Head Up Trey dedicated The Squirming Coil to his parents who were at the show and "our friends in Conjunction Junction, who are the only other people we know who can play this song." Trey aborted Good Times Bad Times and, ragging on Fish for a pathetic attempt, started Big Black Furry Creature From Mars during which he again teased Rondeau.
