This was the first show of a 2-night stand at Austin Music Hall – a converted warehouse with a capacity of approximately 2,600. Tickets cost $17.50 and the show was sold out. Trey teased Barracuda before Reba, which without whistling. You Enjoy Myself – often referred to as YEMMW – featured special guests Medeski, Martin and Wood: John Medeski joined in with Page on Page’s keyboards (and some vocalizations), Billy Martin played Fish’s drums, Chris Wood played a 1-string upright bass with a bow and band bus driver Dominic Placco joined the band on trumpet. Trey played guitar and his percussion kit, Mike played bass and Fish played vacuum and trombone. After this show, Trey sat in with MMW during parts of their their show a few miles away at Emo’s in Austin.
