This was Phish’s only show in Erie. The venue was the historic Warner Theatre – an ornate Art Deco and French Renaissance-style theater built by Warner Brothers and opened in 1931 with a capacity of about 2,300. Tickets cost $18.25 and the show was sold out. It’s Ice segued into the Vibration Of Life for the 1st and only time. Run Like An Antelope included teases of Dixie in the intro. Tweezer included teases of Rock And Roll, Hoochie Koo. Trey deployed his megaphone during Big Black Furry Creature From Mars while running laps around the stage. Amazing Grace was performed A capella without microphones. After this show, the band and crew traveled 400 miles overnight to Grand Rapids, Michigan.
