Phish - 1994

Phoenix Plaza Amphitheater
Pontiac, MI, US

Set List

Show Notes

This was Phish’s 1st and only show at this venue (or in Pontiac).  The show took place in a total downpour on the roof of the Phoenix Plaze parking garage on Water Street described in the Phish tour itinerary simply as “outdoors” with a capacity of 6,000.  The show was promoted by Prism Productions and tickets cost $17.50. The soundcheck list is likely incomplete.  This was the 1st NICU played in more than two years (since 5/1/92).  It was also the 2nd Silent In The Morning played without The Horse – no doubt finishing The Horse > Silent In The Morning that was interrupted by the fire alarm on 6/21/94 (see also 5/30/93, 12/13/99, 9/2/11 and 6/17/12).  In an ironic commentary on the weather, Tweezer contained teases of Sunshine Of Your Love.  After this show the band and crew traveled 320 miles overnight to Indianapolis to play the following night.
