This was Phish's third and last show at Billings Lounge. It is believed to have been part of University of Vermont's Earth Day celebration. Though it was a public gig, it was not listed in the Apr/May 1991 Phish Update. This show yielded the 1st known fast version of Poor Heart, which was coincidentally debuted at this same venue three years earlier. A "no smoking" announcement was made between Bathtub Gin and Uncle Pen. Tweezer through Tweezer Reprise was a second Encore - played after the band left the stage and returned following Rocky Top. Tweezer contained teases of Heartbreaker. After Tweezer, the band introduced and thanked the crew and presented them with a cake and customized bowling balls as a tour gift.
