Show Notes

This all ages show was Phish second and last gig at the Gothic Theatre. The band dedicated The Divided Sky to Sun Ra. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones. During the “Henrietta” segment, Trey informed the audience that Pusherman (Curtis Mayfield cover) was played after Love You instead of Hold Your Head Up, which Fish hates, because Fish likes Pusherman. This was the 1st known performance of Pusherman, which was played instrumentally. Trey played Stash for some people in the front row, saying “This next one is a request. Yes we do requests…and it was requested by these guys up front who are members of the, which is a computer group for people to talk about us.”
