Show Notes
This was an all ages gig and the first show of a 2-night stand at the Elk Ballroom (believed to part of Telluride Elks Lodge #692). The show began with Memories, as Trey put it “some a cappella stuff” since Paul (on sound) and Pete (on monitors) weren’t at their posts. After Paul and Pete returned, Kevin Crochetiere delivered his set I Introduction during the beginning of My Sweet One. After Bouncing Around The Room, Trey told the story about Phish’s 1st visit to Telluride (their first tour) and dedicated Harry Hood “to Mike and Lisa and anyone else who was there” at Colorado ’88. Before Tela, Trey gave an explanation of Gamehendge. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones. These shows were promoted by Kevin Crochetiere, an old friend from Goddard College, who also designed a special “Assface” Telluride t-shirt for the gigs.
