This show was originally listed in the Apr/May 1991 Phish Update as The Cabooze in Minneapolis but was instead performed at The Cave. The Cave is the oldest student-run pub in the U.S., founded in 1927 and housed on the bottom level of Evans Hall (Margaret Evans Dormitory). During their stay in Northfield, the band made time to record a station ID for KLRX 88.1 FM – Carleton College Free Radio. Though it was oft-requested in the years that followed (and once told onstage by an audience member in 1993), this was Fish’s 1st and only known “performance” of The Prison Joke. This rendition of Possum included Random Note secret language.
