Sat, 1993-05-29 Laguna Seca Raceway

This was a 1-set show on the first day of "Laguna Seca Daze", a 2-day, multiple-act festival promoted by Bill Graham Presents. It was also Phish's 1st show at Laguna Seca Raceway. These shows were not listed in the Apr/May 93 or June/July 93 Phish Updates. The Gin Blossoms, The Jeff Healy Band, Shawn Colvin and Blues Traveler played before Phish. The Allman Brothers Band played after Phish. This rendition of Cavern sandwiched a Vacuum Solo by Fish and led into Big Ball Jam. Amazing Grace was performed with microphones. This show and possibly the whole festival was simulcast on FM radio but the station that did the broadcast is unknown.
