Show Notes

This was the second show of a 2-night stand and Phish’s last performance at the Tower. Trey played The Horse on acoustic guitar. Fish played his solo during I Didn’t Know on Madonna washboard. You Enjoy Myself contained teases of Go Speed Racer Go and Oye Como Va. Run Like An Antelope included The Simpsons and Fall Down secret language. Trey forgot the lyrics at the beginning of Sleeping Monkey, which he confided was especially embarrassing because its co-author Tom Marshall was in attendance. After the Hold Your Head Up intro Fish entertained audience requests, including Trey’s request of Undun, but ultimately chose Cracklin’ Rosie. Amazing Grace was performed without microphones.
