This 1-set show was Phish's 1st date on the 1993 H.O.R.D.E. Festival and their fifth H.O.R.D.E. show ever. H.O.R.D.E. was a multiple act festival started by the bands the previous summer. This year Phish played two eastern dates with Allgood, Col. Bruce Hampton & The Aquarium Rescue Unit, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, The Samples, Widespread Panic and Blues Traveler. This venue was an outdoor fairgrounds stage with a capacity of 15,000. The venue had a basketball net set up backstage where Chris Kuroda and Col. Bruce Hampton were among those seen shooting hoops during down time. After this show, the band and crew traveled 314 miles overnight to Stowe, Vermont.
