Show Notes

This show was not listed in the Mar/Apr 92 Phish Update or on the Phish (telephone) Hotline. It was known by the band as “the called show” and was a surprise gig, announced the previous night at C.U. Fieldhouse. This was Phish’s only show at The Fox – a 500-capacity historic vaudeville, movie and dance theater-turned intimate music hall. The Introduction that kicked off set I is presumed to have been delivered by old friend and Colorado concert promoter “Dandy” Don Strasburg. This rendition of Possum featured a Landlady jam and Fall Down, Random Note and Oom Pah Pah secret language. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones. This is believed to be the last show recorded by Michael Grace using a separate, Soundcraft 200b 16-track console to Digital Audio Tape (DAT).
