Show Notes

This was the 1st of a 2-night stand of all ages show presented by Jam Productions.  The Vic (short for The Victoria Theatre) was a historic vaudeville/movie house opened in 1912 with a capacity of about 1,400.  Only this Saturday night show was listed in the Nov/Dec 92 Phish Update.  The second (Sunday night) show was added after the fact.  Sweet Adeline and Memories were performed without microphones, making the most of the old theater’s fine acoustics.  Before Sweet Adeline, Trey thanked whomever gave the band the gift of Reynolds Wrap, packets of sugar and multi-colored condoms, which he placed next to the drum kit for Fish.  This was the first (of 2 to-date – see 12/30/92) Reba > I Walk The Line > Reba performed.  Weekapaug Groove ended with a short vocal jam that developed into Hold Your Head Up just in time to introduce Fish.  Whipping Post was played for the first time in almost exactly a year (since 12/6/91) and featured a vacuum solo from Fish.
